Pork over fire
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. You can cook fish or meat over a campfire—these are the most popular options for a summer picnic in nature. Additionally, people often make fish soup (ukha), vegetables, and sometimes even fruits. Campfire dishes are eaten right away, while still hot and aromatic; however, even after cooling down, they retain a pleasant smoky aroma. The finished dish can be served at the table.
