Pork in pieces in a multicooker

Description

The recipe won't take much time. I'm sharing a simple recipe for cubed pork in a multicooker. This cooking method will make the meat juicy inside with a crispy crust on top. If you prefer a softer version, don't change anything in the recipe—just select the "Stewing" mode instead of "Frying," and add a couple of tablespoons of water or broth. Cooking with a multicooker is easy. Serve hot.

    2. Cut the meat into small pieces, sprinkle with garlic pieces, and pour soy sauce over it. If you have time, let the meat marinate for at least three hours. If not, proceed to cooking.

    3. Pour a little vegetable oil into the multicooker bowl, add chopped onion and pepper, and sauté slightly. Coat the pieces of meat in the flour mixture and add them to the vegetables. Set the "Frying" mode. Cook the meat until done, stirring occasionally to prevent burning.

    4. Thanks to the flour coating, the meat retains its juiciness and looks incredibly appetizing. Give it a try!
