Pork in pieces on a frying pan
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Marinate the onion in a simple mixture of water and vinegar. Sear the pork in a skillet until lightly browned, then add the onion, spices, salt, and pepper. Continue cooking until the onion turns golden, pour in a little water, and simmer until the meat is fully cooked. Boiled potatoes make the best side dish. Good luck. Serve hot.
