Put the pasta on to boil and slice the onion into rings.

On a skillet, melt 3-4 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. As soon as the butter starts to bubble, add the pork and generously sprinkle with ground black pepper, season with salt to taste. Fry the cutlets thoroughly until fully cooked, then set aside on a separate plate.
