Pork tenderloin in plum confit
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Although I love very simple recipes, sometimes I like to make the process a bit more elaborate to achieve an absolutely amazing result. That's exactly what happened this time. Let's face it, you could just roast a pork tenderloin in the oven with herbs—and it would turn out pretty good. But if you prepare pork tenderloin with plum sauce, the dish will have a truly delicious flavor. Don't hesitate to cook it this way, and you'll surely understand what I mean. Serve hot.
