
Pork tenderloin in honey-ginger marinade
Description
The appetizer is quick and easy to prepare. The recipe is very simple — you only need to mix the marinade ingredients, add the meat, and let it marinate. The honey-ginger marinade with garlic and cinnamon gives pork tenderloin a spicy, piquant aroma and a delightful, unique flavor. 1. Prepare the marinade. Finely chop the garlic and ginger. In a small bowl, whisk together all the marinade ingredients. Pour the mixture into a resealable plastic bag.

2. Add the pork, seal the bag, and shake. Refrigerate to marinate for at least 8 hours or up to 1 day. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. (You should be able to hold your hand 12 cm above the grate for 3–4 seconds.) Remove the pork from the marinade; set the marinade aside.

3. Grill the pork for 12 minutes, periodically brushing with the reserved marinade and turning the meat a quarter turn every 3 minutes. Discard the marinade. Continue cooking the pork, turning approximately every minute, until a meat thermometer inserted into the thickest part of the meat registers 63°C. The meat should be slightly pink in the center.

4. Let the pork rest for about 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
