Pork tenderloin stewed
Description
Will you be spending the upcoming weekend at home with your family? Then braised pork tenderloin is the perfect option for lunch. This dish is also great for entertaining guests. The meat turns out very aromatic and tender. First, you need to sear the pork, then braise it in tomato sauce for about 15–20 minutes.

Step 1

1. For this dish, pork tenderloin is best, but other cuts will work too. Many people use pork loin, shoulder, meat from the leg, or hind leg (some prefer leaner meat, others like it fattier). Choose the cut you prefer.

2. Cut the meat into medium-sized pieces. I prefer cutting pork for stewing into cubes.

3. Sauté the meat in vegetable oil. Season with salt and spices to taste.

5. At the very end, add tomato paste, pour in 100 ml of boiling water, and simmer for another 15 minutes.

Step 6

6. While the pork is cooking, you can boil the side dish. Today I decided to make mashed potatoes. Before serving, you can garnish the dish with herbs.
