
Asian-Style Pork Tenderloin

This pork turns out so delicious that after it's served, not a single piece will remain on the plate.

1. Rinse and pat dry the pork tenderloin. In a resealable plastic bag, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, brown sugar, onion powder, black pepper, and garlic chili sauce.

2. Close the bag and shake well so the ingredients are thoroughly mixed.

3. Place the pork tenderloin in a bag, release the air, seal the bag, and refrigerate for 6-8 hours.

4. Preheat the oven to 200°C. Line a nonstick baking dish with aluminum foil. Using tongs, place the pork tenderloin in the dish. Pour the marinade over it. Bake for 1 hour, turning the pork every 20 minutes, until the internal temperature of the meat reaches 63-66°C. Transfer the pork to a plate, cover with foil, and let rest for 15-20 minutes while you make the sauce.

5. Heat a small saucepan over medium heat. Add the starch and chicken broth, whisking until smooth. Bring the broth to a boil and cook for 1–2 minutes. Remove from heat.

6. Slice the pork into slices and arrange on a serving platter. Pour sauce over the top; serve the remaining sauce separately.

7. Garnish the pork with chopped green onions.
