Pork knuckle baked in the oven
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Choose the meatiest pork knuckles, as they will be the most delicious. You can serve the dish either individually on plates with cutlery or on a shared platter, as many prefer to eat this delicacy with their hands. Boiled potatoes make the best side dish for pork knuckle. Sauerkraut salad and a cold bottle of beer will also complement the dish perfectly. Serve hot.
