Description

This pork knuckle cooked in a Panasonic multicooker is easy and simple to prepare at home, and it always turns out delicious and tender. You won't be able to forget this flavor—let's admit it, it's not often that you get a piece of pork of this size! To ensure the meat is definitely tender, we haven't found a better helper than a multicooker yet! It gently cooks the pork, making it soft without letting it burn. Give it a try.

Instructions

    1. Thaw the pork knuckle, soak it in water for two hours, then carefully scrape the skin and remove any excess. Place the ideal piece of meat onto a cutting board. In a bowl, mix minced lemon, crushed garlic, oil, honey, and all the spices. Use a pestle to turn this into a uniform sauce, then generously rub it all over the pork knuckle.

    2. Marinate the pork knuckle in the refrigerator for 24 hours. Then simply transfer it to the multicooker bowl. Pour in 3/4 cup of water and cook the knuckle in "Stewing" mode for 5 hours.

    3. The meat should be turned periodically. As a result, you'll get a nicely browned knuckle. Pour the fat into a bowl for now. Return the knuckle to the pot and keep it in "Frying" mode without liquid for 10-15 minutes.
