Pork chop in the oven
Description
The recipe won't take much time. For the cutlet, it's best to choose a tender part of the pork, such as the loin. You can serve the cutlet with a side dish of porridge, pasta, potatoes, or vegetables (fried, stewed, or steamed). You can leave them for 1 hour, or if you have time, for a whole night. Serve hot.
