Pork loin with mustard in the oven
Description
For this recipe, you can use two types of mustard: whole grain and regular, or just one type. Pork loin can be substituted with pork tenderloin to make the dish more affordable. It's best to use fresh herbs instead of dried ones, as they provide better flavor and aroma and also look more appetizing. Don't rush to slice the pork loin right away—let it rest for a few minutes after baking.
