Pan-Fried Pork Belly in Beer

300 min4 serv.21 февр. 2026 г.

Description

A tasty appetizer for any gathering. For preparation, use pork belly to your taste—the number of meat layers doesn’t matter. Served cold, it makes an excellent appetizer; if served right after cooking alongside any side dish, it becomes a full main course. For a spicier version, along with the garlic, you can rub the meat with hot pepper. Serve the appetizer at the table.
