Pork belly boiled in a bag
Description
Aromatic and delicious meat can be taken on the go after cooling it down. You can make sandwiches with it or serve it with any side dish such as porridge, pasta, mashed potatoes, or vegetable salad. The method of cooking in a bag is convenient because no foam accumulates on the walls of the pot.
Instructions

Step 1

Prepare the listed ingredients. Rinse the pork belly in water and scrape off the skin.

Step 2

Soak it in cold water for 10 minutes and rinse again, removing all dirt from the skin.

- 4
Step 4

Tie the bag very tightly, leaving a little room for air inside.

Step 5

Place the meat in a bag into a pot and pour hot water over it. Put the pot on the stove and simmer for 50 minutes.
