Beet juice
Description
The drink is quick and easy to prepare. The rich content of minerals and vitamins allows beet juice to be used in treating many ailments. The beverage contains all the same elements as beets, but in a more concentrated form. What should you know when choosing a beet for juice? First, check the appearance: there should be no rot, mold, or dents. Second, avoid overly large beets, as they contain more harmful substances. Third, the root should have a dark burgundy or purple color, without black streaks inside. After juicing, place the juice in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours to allow harmful compounds present in beets to dissipate. Then, mix the juice with water in a 1:1 ratio and drink it through a straw. Stay healthy! Serve chilled.
