Beet Deruny in 15 Minutes

Description

This recipe won't take much time. I think every homemaker knows how to make delicious potato deruny. But beet deruny are no less tasty. The beet deruny recipe hasn't just caught on in my family—all my relatives and friends make them now, and even friends of friends. I highly recommend serving the deruny with sour cream. If your beets are already ready-made, the whole thing will take you no more than 15 minutes. Serve with fresh herbs and sauce.

   Wrap the beet in foil and bake in the oven.
