Beet Caviar with Apple

Description

The recipe won't take much time. For the caviar, choose dark beets with a rich flavor. Use a juicy apple. I add olive oil, but you can use any vegetable oil: flaxseed, sunflower, or sesame. Serve with herbs and sauce.

    Bake the beet whole in the oven first, then cool, peel, and cut into pieces.
