Beetroot baked in the oven in foil

Description

The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Boiled beetroot is healthy, but baked beetroot is also good. Moreover, baking it is easier than boiling: you don't have to watch the water or wash pots. To prepare beetroot in the oven wrapped in foil, I used two medium-sized beetroots. Check out the recipe. The finished dish can be served at the table.
