Beetroot with a cheesy crust and mayonnaise
Description
An aromatic and delicious dish made with beets, chicken, and cheese. Fried onions pleasantly complement this combination. For spices, I suggest thyme or basil—they'll add a wonderful aroma, especially since garlic is already in the mix. During the season with more fresh vegetables, you can add a fresh tomato, sliced into thin wedges. Or, you can diversify this casserole with sautéed mushrooms. Let's get started!
