Beets on the Grill

Description
Grilling beets is very simple. The vegetable’s gentle sweetness, crispy crust, and pleasant smoky aroma are sure to please you. I highly recommend it first and foremost to all beet lovers and fans of beet salads. You can serve this appetizer on its own or as a side dish. Garnish the finished dish with fresh herbs or crumbled feta cheese. Keep this recipe on hand. It can be served warm or chilled.

Prepare all the ingredients.

Peel the beet and cut it into rounds no more than 0.5 cm thick.

Add butter, salt, and spices to taste.
