Sushki Stuffed with Minced Meat
Description
Perfect for both special occasions and everyday meals. I think the key to a good appetizer is that it should be small in size on the one hand, and quite filling on the other. And this simple recipe meets all those requirements,
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Prepare all the necessary ingredients.
- 2
Step 2

First, soak the dried fruit in warm milk. I usually heat the milk in the microwave; 45 seconds is enough. The dried fruit should stay in the milk for about 10 minutes.
- 3
Step 3

Meanwhile, peel and finely chop the onion and garlic (as finely as possible). Also chop the parsley. Sauté everything in vegetable oil until translucent.
- 4
Step 4

Then add the ground meat, season with salt and pepper, and if you like, add a little of your favorite spices. Cook the meat until almost done—it should be white, not golden brown.
- 5
Step 5

Place the soaked sushki on the work surface. You can also place them directly on a baking sheet greased with vegetable oil.
- 6
Step 6

Place a little filling in the center of each sushka. The amount depends on the size of the sushkas.
- 7
Step 7

Generously sprinkle the top with finely grated hard cheese.
- 8
Step 8

Bake in an oven preheated to 180°C for 10–15 minutes. All the ingredients are already almost ready; the filling just needs to finish cooking and the cheese needs to melt.
- 9
Step 9

The dried bread rings stuffed with minced meat are ready. This appetizer is perfect for a festive table.
