
Baked Sushi
Description
A tasty appetizer for any crowd. As for the filling, the ingredient set shown here is only a suggestion. You can use absolutely whatever you like. For an appetizing, zesty crust, I strongly recommend hot sauce paired with cream cheese. Serve these sushi hot at the table, sprinkled with sesame seeds and drizzled with unagi sauce, for example. Perfect for variety among your favorite versions. Serve the appetizer at the table.

1. First, cook the sushi rice and be sure to add vinegar. Place a sheet of nori on the mat.

2. Spread the rice, leaving a little space from the edge, and press it down firmly with wet hands.

3. Now you can add the filling. In this case, it is thin slices of lightly salted red fish.

5. Some shrimp, boiled and peeled in advance.

14. Place the sushi in an ovenproof dish and spread the sauce on top. Bake in an oven preheated to 180°C for about 10 minutes. Before serving, garnish the rolls with unagi and sesame seeds. Traditionally, serve with pickled ginger and soy sauce.
