Instructions
- 1
Step 1

The sheet of store-bought puff pastry should be thawed at room temperature.
- 2
Step 2

Sprinkle the board with a little flour, place the dough in the center, and roll it out into a very thin sheet, but not until it has holes.
- 3
Step 3

Place the thin dough into the pan, trimming off the excess.
- 4
Step 4

Let's prepare the filling. Sauté finely diced onion in vegetable oil.
- 5
Step 5

Add raw ground beef to the onion. Stir and cook until the meat is fully cooked.
- 6
Step 6

Add the shredded white cabbage. Simmer everything together, stirring occasionally. You can cover the skillet with a lid for a few minutes. Under the steam, the cabbage will wilt, become softer, and reduce in volume.
- 7
Step 7

Crack 3 eggs into a bowl. Add 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise and 3 tablespoons of kefir. Add a little ground black pepper and salt. Beat everything into a homogeneous mixture. When the filling is ready, remove it from the skillet. Let it cool for 5–10 minutes.
- 8
Step 8

Place the warm filling onto the dough. Spread evenly.
- 9
Step 9

Pour the resulting egg-milk mixture over the filling.
- 10
Step 10

This step is optional. I had a tiny piece of dough left over after trimming. From it, I made this little rose with leaves. If you choose to follow this example, brush the finished dough decoration with egg yolk.
- 11
Step 11

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Bake the pie in the oven for 20-30 minutes.
- 12
Step 12

Transfer the ready pie to a serving dish and serve.
