Super-pizza
Description
The recipe won't take much time. I learned to make this super pizza during a one-day cooking course. Before, I used to bake thick pies, but with this recipe the dough turns out elastic, easy to roll out thinly, and it fries up nicely. I like my pizza crispy. The toppings can vary, but you should always use plenty of sauces. I also recommend generously sprinkling cheese so that the pizza filling is barely visible beneath it. Good luck! Serve cooled down or slightly warm.
Instructions

Step 1

Mix water with olive oil, and mix flour with sugar, salt, and yeast. Combine the water and flour, and knead into a firm dough. Let it stand in a warm place for half an hour. Divide into 2 parts and roll out into circles.

Step 2

Cover the dough with tomato paste, then place thinly sliced sausage on top.

Step 3

Place olives on top.

Step 4

Preheat the oven to 250 degrees and bake for 10 minutes. Sprinkle the almost-ready pizza with grated cheese.

Step 5

The cheese should melt, not bake. I also like to sprinkle my pizza with herbs, but that's optional.

Step 6

Remove from the oven and serve warm or cooled.
