Beef goulash soup
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Actually, I used to think that goulash was just pieces of meat stewed with carrots and onions in a thick sauce, until I discovered this classic beef goulash soup recipe. It turns out that the original dish includes a large variety of vegetables and spices, and must also contain small pieces of dough ("csipetke"). In short, I'll be honest with you—beef goulash soup takes quite a while to prepare at home and requires many ingredients. But it turns out so delicious, aromatic, and rich that spending a couple of hours in the kitchen for this dish is definitely worth it—you won't regret the time spent. Serve hot.
