Grilled Suluguni
Description
It works for both holidays and everyday meals. Choose the herbs for the cheese to suit your taste. Basil, cilantro, lemon balm, parsley, dill, thyme, and oregano all work well. You can use fresh or dried herbs. If you want to enhance the flavor and add some piquancy, add ground pepper, cardamom, and garlic. When making suluguni, you can experiment with aromas and enjoy a new dish each time. Serve the appetizer at the table.
