Description
The recipe won't take much time. It's even hard to call this a cake, there are so many dried fruits in it. You can use not only the ones listed in the recipe, but absolutely any dried berries or fruits you like. By the way, if only adults will be tasting the dessert, you can soak the dried fruits overnight in your favorite alcohol. Serve with tea or coffee.

1. Wash the dried fruits, dry them, and if desired, soak them in a small amount of your favorite alcohol or apple juice, for example.

2. After an hour, you can drain the liquid and add the nuts; they will be very suitable here.

3. Slightly warm the milk, dissolve the yeast in it with a small amount of sugar and flour. Let it sit for half an hour.

5. Melt the butter, then add the remaining sugar.

6. Pour into the sponge, add citrus zest and vanilla extract. Gradually add the sifted flour in small portions.
