Dried fruits in chocolate
Description
I've been making these candies myself for a long time. I do this for two reasons: 1. they're natural, 2. they're inexpensive. Store-bought candies don't always taste good. But this option is cost-effective, and the taste is guaranteed to be excellent.

Step 1

Pour boiling water over prunes, raisins, and dried apricots. Let them soak for several minutes. Then rinse with water, dry with a towel, and blend together with peeled nuts. Add honey to the mixture. Melt chocolate using a double boiler or in the microwave.

Step 2

If you want the candies to have a slight tartness, you can add lemon juice to the resulting mixture. Brush the silicone molds with a layer of melted chocolate, place them in the freezer for 4 minutes, and repeat this step one or two more times. Then remove the molds and fill them with the fruit filling, pressing it down firmly.

Step 3

Pour the chocolate mixture into molds with dried fruits and nuts. Freeze the candies again until the chocolate hardens. Store this dessert in the refrigerator.
