Dry breakfast mix
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Granola is an excellent option for a breakfast that is not only healthy and nutritious but also quick. It can easily be taken to work or given to children at school if you don't have time to eat breakfast at home, as granola is quite crumbly and doesn't require soaking in water or milk. You can add pistachios, apricots, prunes, hazelnuts, and other ingredients to taste. Below you will learn how to make it. The ready dessert can be served at the table.

Step 1

1. Take equal parts of rolled oats, dried fruits, and nuts. Grind the nuts (I used peanuts, walnuts, and a few sunflower seeds) in a blender. Add the ground nuts to the oats.

Step 2

2. Cut the dried fruits into small pieces (it's best to do this manually with a knife). I used dates, raisins, and dried cranberries. Be sure to remove the pits from the dates. Add the chopped dried fruits to the dry mixture.

Step 3

3. Prepare banana puree using a blender or mashing by hand. Add banana puree, chia seeds, coconut flakes, cocoa, and lemon juice to the dry mixture.

Step 4

4. Mix everything well and spread onto a baking sheet greased with butter. Place the baking sheet with granola into a preheated oven at 180 degrees and bake for about 45 minutes. Remove the baking sheet and use a spatula to break up the granola.
