Heart-Shaped Croutons with Tomato and Aromatic Herbs
Description
You can make these croutons to go with beer while watching sports broadcasts; your men at home should enjoy them. The bottom of the croutons dries out nicely, while the top stays slightly moist, which makes them very interesting in flavor. If you like, you can place a slice of dry-cured sausage on each heart-shaped piece, and you'll get delicious toasts. The appetizer is ready. Serve immediately.
