Soufflé with potatoes and sausages

Description

It goes perfectly with tea and coffee. Potato and sausage soufflé is essentially the same as an omelette with potatoes and sausages (a traditional Spanish dish, by the way), only poured into small molds and baked separately. You get a very attractive and original breakfast—light and delicate in texture, yet very filling. Much more interesting than plain scrambled eggs—so cook it and treat yourself and your loved ones from early morning! :) Serve cooled or slightly warm.

    First, grease the soufflé dish with butter.
