
Egg soufflé
Description
Home baking for tea. An egg soufflé can be made sweet or savory. I suggest making the sweet version. You can serve it with berries, dusted with powdered sugar.

Gather the ingredients you need to make an egg soufflé.

In a saucepan, melt the butter, add the flour. Stir to combine.

Add the sugar and heat for a couple of minutes, stirring.

Pour in the milk and mix until you have a smooth, even dough.

Transfer the choux pastry to a bowl, add the egg yolks, and mix.

Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff peaks form.
