Chicken puree from boiled chicken
Description
Here is a simple recipe for chicken soufflé made with boiled chicken. Finely chop the chicken meat in a blender. Fry the flour in butter, then gradually pour in the milk and cook the sauce until thickened. Add the sauce to the chicken, along with a yolk, salt, and pepper; mix well. Separately, beat the egg white and gently fold it into the mixture. Spoon the soufflé mixture into silicone molds and bake in the oven at 200°C (392°F) until golden brown. Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea. Good luck!
