Chicken souffle in a multicooker

Description

The recipe won't take much time. I think one of the best chicken dishes you can make is soufflé, as it turns out so tender and airy in texture that it simply melts in your mouth. Personally, I absolutely love it and make it very often for lunch or dinner. Today, I want to tell you about it. Serve hot.

Instructions

  1. 1

    Step 1

    Step 1

First, we need to rinse the fillet under running water, dry it, and grind it twice through a meat grinder. However, you can also use a blender here.

Add finely chopped onion, garlic, salt, and spices to the resulting mince.

Now blend everything again thoroughly with a blender until smooth. The finer, the better.

Next, break the eggs and carefully separate the yolks from the whites. Place the whites in the refrigerator, and mix the yolks with the cream, then beat thoroughly.

    Step 5

Add the meat mince to the resulting mixture in small portions, beating each time until smooth.

Then add a spoonful of starch to the bowl and mix everything thoroughly once again.

  7. 7

    Step 7

    Step 7

In a separate dish, beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff peaks form, then add them to the bowl with the meat mixture.

  8. 8

    Step 8

    Step 8

Now, very carefully mix everything with a spoon or wooden spatula.

  9. 9

    Step 9

    Step 9

Grease the inner pot of the multicooker with vegetable oil, place the prepared mixture into it and smooth it out with a spoon. Close the multicooker lid, set the steam valve to venting, and select the "Baking" mode for 60 minutes.

After an hour, our soufflé is completely ready. It will be pale on top, but the underside will have a golden-brown crust. Enjoy your meal, everyone!
