Chicken and cauliflower souffle
Description
Perfectly pairs with tea and coffee. Generally, if you prefer a classic chicken and cauliflower soufflé recipe, I recommend doubling the amount of ingredients for the filling—this way, you'll get more soufflé. But personally, I value the filling more, so I make less soufflé. So it's up to you. It can be served with tea or coffee.
