Description
The recipe won't take much time. You can use regular gelatin for the soufflé. It should be soaked in cold water and left to swell for 30 minutes. Then gently heated and dissolved, but not boiled. Proceed with the recipe after that. The fluffiness of the soufflé depends on the duration and intensity of beating—the longer you beat, the airier the dessert will turn out. Serve chilled.
