Turkey soufflé with broccoli
Description
The recipe won't take much time. To make the soufflé tender, the minced meat should be ground as finely as possible. Be sure to whisk the egg whites into a fluffy foam and gently fold them into the minced meat in portions. It's also important not to over-dry the soufflé in the oven. If your baking dish is larger in diameter, the baking time will be shorter than indicated in the recipe. Serve the turkey and broccoli soufflé hot with a vegetable salad.
