Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. 1. As a base for this simple recipe of turkey dietetic soufflé, you can use previously boiled or baked turkey fillet. Finely chop it or blend in a food processor, for example. 2. Melt a spoonful of butter in a skillet, add flour and mustard (preferably whole grain). Sauté until golden, stirring constantly. 3. Pour in milk and cook the sauce for 3–4 minutes, stirring continuously to prevent lumps. 4. Remove the thickened sauce from heat, add a pinch of salt, pepper, and nutmeg. 5. Add the minced turkey. Finely chopped asparagus also works perfectly for this turkey dietetic soufflé recipe. 6. Rub the yolks and add them to the mixture. Mix well. 7. Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form. 8. Grease ramekins with butter and coat with breadcrumbs. 9. Gently fold the egg whites into the mixture, being careful not to lose the airiness. 10. Transfer the soufflé mixture into the prepared dishes and bake in a preheated oven for 17–20 minutes, until a golden crust forms. This delicious and appetizing turkey dietetic soufflé is best served at home with fresh vegetables or a salad. The finished dish can now be served.
