
Black Chocolate Soufflé
Description
You can serve black chocolate soufflé immediately after baking, hot in individual ramekins, or you can cool it and remove it from the mold. The cooled soufflé will settle and become denser. Once you've prepared the batter and distributed it into the molds, you can place it in the refrigerator and bake it just before serving. The batter can be stored in the refrigerator for up to three days! Good luck and

Prepare the ingredients. Separate the egg whites from the yolks.

Melt the butter, chocolate, and cream in a steamer.

When the chocolate has melted, turn off the heat.

Beat 2 egg yolks with chocolate.

Beat the egg whites into a foam.

Add sugar to the egg whites and beat until stiff peaks form. Add the egg whites to the chocolate.

Place the ready mixture into molds.

Bake at 190 degrees for 15 minutes.

The finished soufflé will rise and puff up out of the mold.
