The pike-perch carcass needs to be cleaned by removing the entrails, fins, and gills. Rinse the pike-perch thoroughly under running water and dry it well.

In a small bowl, mix the juice of half a lemon, black pepper, salt, and fish seasoning. Then thoroughly rub the fish with this mixture and let it marinate for 1-1.5 hours.

Slice the clean mushrooms into pieces and sauté in a pan with vegetable oil until partially cooked.

Finely chop the garlic, and slice the onion into half-rings. Put the onion into a frying pan and sauté slightly.

Cut the seeded pepper into small cubes or strips. Then fry the chopped pepper in a pan.
