Pike-perch in Panasonic multicooker
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. To cook pike-perch in a Panasonic multicooker, we will need a medium-sized fish carcass (without the head), fresh or frozen. I recommend using not too fatty sour cream to prevent the fish from becoming greasy. I always add fish seasoning—it turns out very aromatic. This dish can be cooked in any Panasonic multicooker; mine has a Multicook function. See the recipe below. The finished dish can be served at the table.
Instructions

Step 1

Prepare the ingredients. Wash the vegetables. Cut the fish into large pieces.

Step 2

Slice the potatoes and tomatoes into rounds, cut the bacon into thin strips, the pepper into strips, and the onion into half-rings. In the "Heating" mode, melt the butter in the multicooker bowl. Then layer in the following order: potatoes, bacon, fish. Season the fish with salt and pepper, and add spices to taste.

Step 3

Place tomatoes, peppers, and onions on top of the fish. Melt the remaining butter and mix it with sour cream, adding a spoonful of flour. Pour this sour cream sauce evenly over the dish. Set the "Multicooker" (or "Stewing") mode for one hour at 120 degrees.

Step 4

After the beep, the fish is ready! It turned out very tender, simply melting in your mouth, and the vegetables remained juicy and delicious. Serve in portioned pieces, sprinkled with fresh herbs.
