Pike-perch in white wine
Description
The recipe won't take much time. I recommend simmering the fish for the first 20 minutes, covered with foil. After that, remove the foil and cook the pike-perch until fully done. It's better to use dry or semi-dry wine; in my opinion, sweet wine won't fit here. Serve this fish hot with a side dish, vegetables, or your favorite sauce.
