Pike-perch with mushroom sauce

Description

The recipe won't take much time. Finely chop the onion. Clean the mushrooms, then cut them into cubes. Sauté the onion in oil, add the mushrooms and cook for several minutes. Add sour cream and simmer over low heat for 3–4 minutes. Season with salt and pepper, and add a few sprigs of rosemary. Heat a frying pan. Sprinkle with salt and place the fish fillet in it. Fry for 30 seconds, then flip. Place the fillet onto a greased baking sheet, pour white wine over it, and bake at 195 degrees for about 10 minutes. Sprinkle the fish with finely chopped rosemary and serve hot.
