Pike-perch with sauce in the oven
Description
The recipe won't take much time. To prepare zander in sauce in the oven, we'll make a simple mustard-based sauce. Tomato and onion will add juiciness to the dish. One whole fish is enough for about 3 servings. Be sure to remove all the bones (if possible), otherwise it will be impossible to eat. For seasoning, I use Provence herbs or any fish seasoning. Serve hot.
