Description
This simple pike-perch recipe with sauce will appeal even to those who prefer plain delicious meals and aren't fond of elaborate ingredient combinations. The result is tasty and, what I particularly like, low in calories. After all, we fry it in a dry pan and stew without adding fats. You're guaranteed a delicate and refined dinner dish.

Step 1

1. Cut the fillet into portion-sized pieces. Rub with salt and spices. Sear in a dry skillet. I'm using a grill pan. To prevent burning, you can line the surface with parchment paper.

Step 2

2. Wash the spinach, dry it, and chop finely. Sauté briefly, then pour in the cream. Reduce the heat, add pine nuts and spices.

Step 3

3. Serve the fish, generously pouring the sauce over it. You can also strain the sauce or blend it in a blender if you don't like the consistency.
