Pike-perch in creamy sauce
Description
To prepare zander in creamy sauce, we will need fresh cream, one fish fillet, and pasta (as a side dish). I also add beans: this makes the dish more filling. The beans can be canned. See the recipe below.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Prepare the ingredients.

Step 2

Clean the fish, dry it with a paper towel, season with salt and pepper. Add olive oil and gently mix.

Step 3

Place the fish in a baking dish (or on a baking sheet) and put it in the oven for 8-10 minutes.
- 4
Step 4

The pasta should be boiled in salted water until cooked.

Step 5

While the fish and pasta are cooking, wash and peel the onion, then slice it into thin half-rings. Peel and mince the garlic. Heat a skillet with olive oil, sauté the onion over medium heat for 4–5 minutes, stirring. Add the garlic to the onion and sauté for another 2 minutes.

Add the beans (together with the liquid) and simmer for another minute.

Drain the water from the cooked pasta and add the pasta to the pan. Sprinkle with dill.
