Chinese-style pike-perch
Description
This recipe won't take much time. Fish cut and prepared in a special way is exactly the dish to make when you want your guests and family to try Chinese cuisine. I suggest preparing pike-perch in a sweet and sour sauce. Simple and very quick, and most importantly, no special skills required. Tender fillets, fried in breading, combined with a tangy sauce made with tomato and soy sauce, will perfectly capture the flavor of a traditional Chinese fish dish. It will pleasantly surprise everyone at the table. Serve hot.
