
Stuffed whole pike-perch

1. First of all, you need to prepare the pike-perch. Wash it and clean out the innards.

2. Carefully, with a sharp knife, remove the pits from the flesh first on one side.

5. Place salted red fish, sliced into thin pieces, inside the pike-perch.

6. Take any white fish and carefully separate the fillet from the bones.

8. Sauté in a pan with butter for just a few minutes. Add a little salt.
