Student pizza
Description
To make a student pizza we will need a minimal set of ingredients. In fact there is a lot of room for imagination here, you can use practically anything that has been lingering in the fridge. You can buy ready-made dough, but I suggest making it yourself. The dough in this recipe turns out tender and thin, and the pizza is juicy and very tasty. Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Prepare all the ingredients.
- 2
Step 2

In a bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Mix well and let it sit until a characteristic foam appears.
- 3
Step 3

Sift the flour separately, then add salt and the risen starter.
- 4
Step 4

Stir everything with a spoon and pour in the oil.
- 5
Step 5

Then knead a soft, slightly sticky dough by hand. Gather it into a ball, cover it with a towel, and place it in a warm spot to rise.
- 6
Step 6

The dough should increase in size.
- 7
Step 7

From this amount you get one large square pizza or two medium-sized round ones. I make round pizzas, so I divide the dough into two parts and roll each out into a circle about 3 mm thick, then transfer it to an oiled pan, forming small rims.
- 8
Step 8

Spread the pizza with ketchup and mayonnaise.
- 9
Step 9

Place the diced sausage on top.
- 10
Step 10

Place sliced tomato on the sausage.
- 11
Step 11

Sprinkle the top of the pizza with grated cheese and bake at 230 degrees for about 7-8 minutes.
- 12
Step 12

Student pizza is ready.
- 13
Step 13

Slice the pizza into portions and serve at the table.
- 14
Step 14

Take it out of the oven and serve warm or cooled.
