Stromboli with broccoli, salami, and cheese
Description
Homemade baked goods for tea. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Divide the dough into 4 parts. On a lightly floured work surface, shape each piece of dough into a 7x10 cm rectangle. Evenly distribute broccoli over the dough, leaving a 1 cm border around the edges. Sprinkle with garlic, season with salt and pepper. Evenly sprinkle mozzarella cheese and salami over the top, then drizzle with 1/2 cup of marinara sauce. Starting from the short end, roll up each stromboli and place seam-side down on the baking sheet. Using the tip of a vegetable peeler, make two slits on the top of each stromboli. Brush with oil. Bake until golden, 25 to 30 minutes. Serve stromboli with 1/2 cup of marinara sauce. Can be served with tea or coffee.
